What types of health insurance do you accept?

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

In Idaho, most insurances do not require a referral for physical therapy, however Medicare, Medicaid, and some forms of Tricare do require a referral prior to being seen.

What is your new patient procedure?

New patients can call the office and get scheduled for an initial evaluation.  Wear comfortable clothing in which you will be able to move, and the affected area can be examined.  During the initial evaluation, abilities and deficits will be assessed, and a plan of care will be developed with the patient in order to address the limitations.  Patients will be provided with a progressive home exercise program designed to complement treatments performed in the clinic and to maximize recovery time.  A schedule for follow-up appointments will also be created during the initial evaluation with regard to the patient's condition, stage of healing, and scheduling and financial considerations.
